Barbara Bloom's MOODRING HOME

Bloom and I collaborated on the MOODRING HOME software as part of her installation Barbara Bloom House, which was part of OpenOffice's Trespassing: Houses x Artists show at the Bellevue Art Museum and the MAK Center in L.A. The software ran on a flatpanel display set in front of a couch in the middle of the installation. It was a virtual realization of the parts of Bloom's idea that were physically impossible to realize. The software is a strange combination of doll house, IKEA catalog, screen saver, and video game.
