airbugmachine is a track on the Frog Peak Collaborations Project, a two CD set from Frog Peak Music featuring 115 pieces by 62 composers, all using a sound/text by Chris Mann as their source material.

I made airbugmachine by recording some of the sounds that I heard outside my window on summer days in rural vermont. I then went through Chris's performance and replaced his words with crickets and trucks. The only thing I left in was his breath.
